We are currently clearing and leveling the land, a crucial step that prepares the area for the start of construction work. This initial step ensures a solid and well-organized foundation, essential for the development of our villas. Every detail is taken care of with precision, ensuring that the land is ready to transform into the ideal setting for your future living space.
The first stage of our journey in creating the Dunia Resort is the construction of the foundations. This crucial step lays the solid foundation on which everything else stands.
With the foundation firmly in place, we proceed with the erection of the supporting structure of the villas. This phase transforms our architectural projects into tangible reality, outlining the shape and volume of the spaces that will soon become your homes
After the foundation and supporting structure are completed, we begin the construction of the first floor of the villas and the attic. This phase includes the installation of internal and external walls, windows, doors and the attic structure. The attic ensures the safety and stability of the building, supporting the upper floors and providing insulation between the different levels of the villa.
Once you have decided on your villa, you will be able to sign an agreement between the parties to define all the aspects, both in economic terms and in terms of customizations and optionals, then a notarial deed will be carried out which will allow you to carry out all the procedures imposed by the Government of Kenya on the In order to transfer the certificate to the property, at the same time you will acquire the Company Management shares corresponding to the size of your villa which will be an inseparable part of the transfer deed.
