With the foundation firmly in place, we proceed with the erection of the supporting structure of the villas. This phase transforms our architectural projects into tangible reality, outlining the shape and volume of the spaces that will soon become your homes

After the foundation and supporting structure are completed, we begin the construction of the first floor of the villas and the attic. This phase includes the installation of internal and external walls, windows, doors and the attic structure. The attic ensures the safety and stability of the building, supporting the upper floors and providing insulation between the different levels of the villa.

Let's proceed with the construction of the second floor. With the completion of the second floor, we are significantly closer to the final goal. The structure of the villa takes definitive shape, making the creation of your ideal home ever closer. We see the project transform into one concrete reality, bringing us one step closer to handing over the keys to your new home.

With the structure complete, we are ready for the next fundamental step in the construction of our villas: the construction of the roof in Makuti. This is not just a hedging process, but aauthentic art which reflects the rich tradition and craftsmanship of the local community of Watamu.

The next phase at Dunia Resort focuses on preparing the villas for the final stages, completing essential structural details. This step includes finishing the walls, installing door and window frames, and laying out the plumbing and electrical routes. These activities will improve the structural integrity and readiness of each villa, setting the stage for the interior finishing and systems to come. It represents a crucial step in transforming the building into a finished, habitable space, setting the stage for the final stages of completion.

The work on the pool continues with great enthusiasm. With the excavation completed, we are ready to install pumps, pipes, lighting and other essential accessories. These details will transform the space into an oasis of relaxation and refinement, reflecting the distinctive style and quality of our large pools.

We have successfully completed the internal systems, both electrical and plumbing, and are now moving forward with the creation of the built-in furnishings. These characteristic elements, crafted with artisan precision, embody the perfect fusion of aesthetics and functionality. The furnishings give each villa a unique identity, completing the environment with timeless elegance and exceptional quality and ease of maintenance.

The interior work begins: we proceed with the fine masonry, the laying of the stone gallant for natural flooring, the application of the Taras for smooth and decorative surfaces, and the coating imitation to obtain elegant and resistant walls. This phase gives soul and character to the spaces, reflecting the unique taste of the Dunia project.

With the interiors in progress, we dedicate ourselves to the external aesthetics of the villas. The facades are finished and painted with colors that recall the elegance and naturalness of the tropical context. A touch of style that enhances the architecture and the harmony with the surrounding landscape.

Once the main structures are completed, we begin to bring the outdoor spaces to life. In this step we bring in the fertile soil and prepare the ground to create the design of our tropical garden. Palm trees, ornamental plants, shaded areas and winding paths begin to take shape, transforming the surrounding area into a green oasis of relaxation and elegance.
