BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Reservations
Direct bookings, through portals, OTAs and via the website are subject to the following terms.
Tariff Types
1. Standard Rate:
- 30% deposit upon booking
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in
- Cancellation within 30 days: non-refundable deposit
- Balance at check-in
- No refunds after check-in
2. Non-Refundable Rate:
- 100% payment upon booking
- No refunds for cancellations, changes or no-shows
- No refunds after check-in
Booking Changes
Subject to availability and rate difference.
No show
- Standard Rate: Down Payment Loss
- Non-Refundable: Total loss
Payments
We accept: Pesapal, M-Pesa, international credit cards, cash.
Check in / check out
- Times indicated in the confirmation
- Identity document required
- Security deposit possible
Guest Responsibilities
The guest is responsible for any damage to the property.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- weather
- water, electricity and gas service interruptions
- force majeure events
